I know it has been 11 weeks since the last time I posted anything. Poor Hadleigh is not getting the baby bump pictures like Hannah did. We were so busy in November and December. We bought a house at the beginning of November, and that was VERY stressful. Our closing was pushed back 3 different times, and we were pressed for time to get out of our townhouse we rented. FINALLY the day came and we had all our stuff in our new house, and we didn't realize how much stuff we actually had. I should have taken pictures, but I would have been embarrased for anyone to see the amount of JUNK we had. We are planning to have a HUGE yard sale, probably while I'm on maternity leave!
Anyway, Thanksgiving came and went and then Christmas came, and we are able to have Christmas at our new house with our whole family!!! We found out Hannah and Hadleigh are going to get a new cousin in July- Congrats again Jessica and Michael!
Now we have had plenty of snow, that Hannah didn't even play in-all she wanted to do was eat the snow and the snow cream, which she refers to as "iccce-cream" with a huge grin on her face.
Hannah, now 21 months old is such a character. She loves Little Debbie "cakes" much like her Great-Grandma Buck, her Great-Granddaddy Skin, her Papa James and her Mommy. She loves her dog Roscoe, her babies and "My Mouse" (Mickey or Minnie). We have started potty training and she wears pull-ups during the day. When she is home with us she will try to take her pants off when she has to potty. Hannah has the curliest hair and loves to wear her bow. Every morning when I get her dressed to go to daycare she says "hair-bow". At this "age" children should have 50 to 100 words and put together 2 word phrases. Hannah has at least 100 words and has started saying "Bless you Mommy" or "Bless you Daddy" when we sneeze. It is so cute! She can also count to 6. She says "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6" and I ask her what about 7, 8, 9, and 10 and she grins and says "10" really loud.
We only have about 6 more weeks of her being an only child. We can't wait to meet Hadleigh, or "Haddie" as Hannah has named her.
